The artistry of Frances Archer and Beverly Gile
The two-voice arrangements of these poems, the spare use of accoustic instruments, and the entertaining, expressive, effortless and very beautiful blending of the voices of Frances Archer and Beverly Gile on this recording are a truly a long-playing vinyl gift from the past to the present. I never understood why Disney would let this collection go so unretreivably dormant. Maybe there's something very wrong with me, but I never tire of it. Thank you, thank you a million times over for making it possible for me to listen to it again.

Agree wholeheartedly. 50+ years later, the singing of "The Moon" still comes to me. Can't believe it.
